Reaching the 5 stars level of EFQM Recognition for Business Excellence exemplifies long term dedication towards excellence and improvement. RIL fully understood and deployed principles of business / management excellence embedding use of EFQM Business Excellence Model into achievement of strategic plans and business goals which were the core focus of Chairman Shri Mukesh Ambani for enhancing shareholder value.
